The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment and utilities.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives while ensuring EHS compliance.
