In this role, you will manage all phases of wiring harness design and release, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. You will work alongside manufacturing and quality teams to support launch activities and ensure the overall performance of electrical systems in vehicles, driving standardization and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create D models and drawings for wiring harnesses
• Author and validate engineering documents to meet requirements
• Confirm and justify necessary design changes
• Support First Piece Sign-Off and resolve launch issues
• Conduct DFMEA and compliance document reviews
