About the role

We are seeking a driven Electrical Supervisor to play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of sustaining capital projects. Working within Asset Management, you will lead and support contractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

In this hands-on role, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage contractor performance, and ensure all activities align with project scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
