Electrical Supervisor
Regional Supervisor – Electrical, Tauranga, New Zealand
Overview
The team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s client base. The Electrical Supervisor completes electrical and HVAC tasks across the Tauranga/BOP area, identifies opportunities for new work, and escalates them to the client and/or manager. All work is documented for client invoicing and adheres to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Complete electrical and HVAC tasks as required.
- Identify opportunities for new work and elevate them to the client and/or manager.
- Prepare and submit relevant documentation for client invoicing.
- Ensure all work meets HSSEQ policies and legislative requirements.
