Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical construction projects in the South Central Ontario area(s).
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven electrical leader who enjoys managing crews, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise electrical construction activities on industrial project sites
- Manage Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and Subcontractors
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Monitor project progress and support successful execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, and other trades
