Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Superintendent based in our Madrid offices, with availability to relocate to the United States for a project to be carried out in Kentucky.
Overview of the Position
Mision: Assist in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the construction of the electrical part.
Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts.
- Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids.
- Define sequence and work areas.
- Define distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them.
- Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors.
- Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur.
- Supervise the invoicing of the different subcontractors and give approval prior to approval by the Const. Man...
