Location: Hybrid (home and office). Office at ENMAX Place, 141 – 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB. Work from home Mondays & Fridays, office Tuesday–Thursday.
Major Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for commercial/residential customers requesting electrical service, upgrades, and infrastructure changes within ENMAX’s service territory.
- Provide customers with an interface and help them navigate utility business processes.
- Determine if a request requires a new design project and identify the appropriate business line to execute it.
