Job Description
Bullet Trade Services is a leading industrial contractor in Ontario with 18years of multi‑trade expertise. We are expanding our electrical division and looking for an Electrical Service Manager to build and lead a new field team.
Responsibilities
- Price electrical service work and generate Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to hire Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices as needed
- Establish an electrical service rate sheet
- Build relationships with electrical wholesalers
- Work with purchasing to establish an electrical supply chain and processes
- Partner with the finance team to build budget and forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain safety protocols
- Provide mentorship to field staff

- 8+ years of industrial experience
