ABOUT THE ROLE
The Electrical Reliability Planner is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of plant electrical assets through effective planning, scheduling, inspection, condition monitoring, and maintenance optimization activities. The role develops and manages preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment, ensuring that maintenance resources, materials, and third‑party services are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. The Planner supports continuous improvement of equipment reliability and maintenance performance through SAP PM management, condition‑based maintenance, root cause analysis, shutdown planning, and reliability‑centered maintenance practices.
