Job Description
Michelin Pictou County is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to improve reliability of process equipment and support production teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability and process improvement projects through electrical design, installation, and optimization.
- Perform equipment criticality studies and FMEA to prevent failures and improve reliability.
- Investigate and develop solutions to automation optimization projects.
- Review and update electrical maintenance procedures and standards.
- Plan, implement, and commission projects, including cost estimation and resource coordination.
- Create and maintain technical documents, including design packages, procedures, and reports.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams to ensure operational continuity.
