About the Company
Our client is a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial fit‑out, refurbishment and construction projects. The business is an Employee Ownership Trust, offering long‑term employees the opportunity to benefit from future company success.
Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will manage electrical fit‑out projects from handover to completion and final account, covering delivery, programme, labour, subcontractors, procurement, variations, reporting and client communication.
The Electrical Project Manager will report to the Projects Director and work closely with Pre‑Construction, Design, Procurement, Accounts, Document Control, site supervisors, subcontractors, clients and main contractors.
