The Opportunity

This is a direct Electrical Project Manager title, with the support, mentorship, and internal structure to help someone grow into the full scope of the role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing multiple industrial electrical projects across Southwestern Ontario
• Coordinating with field crews, Foremen, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting project planning, scheduling, material coordination, and execution
• Staying close to job-site activity and helping remove roadblocks before they slow the work down
• Reviewing project progress, timelines, scope, and customer expectations
• Communicating clearly with both tradespeople and customer contacts
• Supporting quality, safety, and operational execution across active projects
