- Develop, plan, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability and plant availability.
- Create and manage maintenance work orders, job plans, task lists, and maintenance schedules using SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, and other related departments to optimize equipment downtime.
- Plan manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and maintenance duration to support efficient maintenance execution.
- Monitor maintenance backlog and ensure all planned work is executed according to schedule.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement to ensure the availability of spare parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records, and master data in SAP PM.
