About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Manager, Controls Engineering to provide strategic leadership and hands‑on oversight of electrical and control systems supporting production irradiator facilities. This is a working manager role — equal parts technical expert and people leader — accountable for ensuring all control systems operate safely, reliably, and in full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
