Electrical Maintenance Superintendent

📋 Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, machinery, and plant systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to restore operations quickly. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical systems and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with mechanical, production, and engineering teams to optimize plant performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Minimum Requirements 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
