£35,000 - £45,000 (£50,000 OTE) + Up to 52 Days' Leave + 36-Hour Week + £4,500 On-Call Allowance + Skill Payments + Professional Qualification development

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking for a stable permanent position offering excellent work-life balance with 42 days leave, long-term security and additional earnings including a £4500 annual on-call bonus?
This is an opportunity to join a large university estate, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a diverse range of campus buildings.
You will receive a 36-hour working week, 42 days' total leave with the option to purchase an additional 10 days, an employer pension contribution of approximately 7% and further earnings through on-call, overtime and recognised qualifications.
