Job Description AECOM is looking for an
Entry‑Level Electrical Engineer
to join our growing Buildings + Places team in
Burnaby, British Columbia . In this newly created role, you will support senior engineers and project teams in delivering electrical designs for a variety of building projects, gaining hands‑on experience throughout all phases of design and construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design of electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution systems, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm systems, low‑voltage systems (communications, security, etc.).
Help prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Perform basic electrical calculations (load calculations, panel schedules).
Support Revit/BIM modeling and AutoCAD drafting.
Work closely with intermediate and senior engineers to support project delivery.
