Are you a master of the electronics lab who loves to lead by example? BAE Systems is seeking an Electrical Prototyping Lab Manager to run the show at our Minneapolis prototype facility. If you are as comfortable with a soldering iron as you are with a team spreadsheet, we want to talk to you.
**The Role:**
This isn't a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the thick of the action, directing a team of skilled assemblers and technicians. You will ensure our prototype environment runs like a well-oiled machinesafe, secure, and hyper-efficient.
