Technical Competencies
Understanding of UPS system architecture (UPS units, batteries, bypass systems, distribution)
Knowledge of power resilience and redundancy concepts in critical environments
Basic skills in UPS monitoring and alarm interpretation
Exposure to preventive maintenance procedures for UPS and battery systems
Familiarity with battery health checks, runtime monitoring, and inspection practices
Operational Competencies
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a live operations environment
Experience in incident reporting, escalation, and documentation
