Job Description
Summary You will serve as a ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in the Electrical Division (Code 270) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will provide technical direction for electrical engineering requirements on surface ship/submarine electrical systems for all non-nuclear support in connection with modernization, maintenance, repair, overhaul, conversion, and etc. You will provide worldwide Fleet Technical Support (FTS) for our fleet in the form of inspections/assessments, analysis, repair recommendations and technical adjudication in order to support the strategic and tactical needs of the Navy and Country. You will conduct independent engineering studies, investigations, research, and analysis for the solution of unusual or unprecedented engineering problems or in support of short or long-term engineering projects on assigned ships.
