Full-time Engineering

• Conducts site inspection prior to project implementation

Scope Management

• Manages securing of necessary government permits prior to construction
• Manages securing necessary government permits (occupancy permit) prior to turnover

Schedule Management

• Adheres to the approved Pre-Construction Schedule and planning for every assigned project
• Adheres and monitors the approved Contractor’s & Client’s Work Schedule prior to the start of Construction
• Routes the Contractor’s Work Schedule for conformance of electrical contractor
• Monitors project accomplishment and manpower in parallel to the approved Work Schedule

Cost Management

• Prepares Project Budgetary estimates
• Prepares, updates and monitors project reports (including cost reports) along with Project Engineer for management reference and update
