Job Description
· Provide technical support including but not limited to computing, software, and networking troubleshooting.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues including LAN, Wireless, WAN, and internet connectivity.
· Perform PCBA failure analysis and troubleshooting.
· Strong hands-on experience in using oscilloscope and other diagnostic tools.
· Review and interpret electronic schematics , electrical diagrams, and component datasheets.
· Design, modify, or validate electrical schematics as needed.
· Assist in electrical parts selection for automation systems and projects.
· Involve in automation project setup , electrical wiring, and hardware integration.
· Configure, test, monitor, maintain, and upgrade customer test equipment and related systems.
· Identify and define test scenarios and cases; execute tests and document results.
