Job Description
The Electrical & Control Designer supports capital projects by developing constructable electrical and control design deliverables from conceptual design through construction and commissioning. This role combines detailed design, electrical calculations, equipment specification, and construction support to translate project requirements into clear, accurate documentation that enables safe and reliable installation, startup, and operation. The role also contributes to development of project scope and estimate documents, helping define work clearly and support effective project planning and execution.
Key responsibilities:
Design execution responsibilities include preparing and updating loop drawings, wiring diagrams, junction box and terminal block layouts, panel wiring diagrams, cable schedules, conduit and cable routing, and MCC single-line drawings.
