Electrical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support our clients' Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Managing site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager
• Overseeing project schedules
• Ensuring resource planning
• Supervising subcontractors
• Verifying delivery specifications
• Supporting project close‑out
• Enforcing health and safety standards
• Developing procedures with Package Managers
• Managing change control

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems
• Proven management skills
• Experience with data centre projects
