Supplier Base Development:  Identify and develop a supplier base capable of supporting scaled up volumes Strategy Development:  Create and implement strategy & strategic roadmaps for Electrical and Electronic components. Product Knowledge:  Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in: PCB assemblies, BMS, PDU, Telematics, Rectifiers / Chargers, Display units, Embedded computers, Switchgears, Switches, Sensors, Wiring Harness, switches micro/nano, IOT parts & other EE commodities Experience in EMS supplier handling and process knowledge. Cross-functional Collaboration:  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables meet cost, delivery, and quality objectives. Supplier Relationship Management:  Develop and sustain long-term relationships with suppliers based on product requirements and technology roadmaps.
