Job Description
Shape the future of eLearning systems at your college as an eLearning System Administrator & Specialist. Deliver technical support, conduct training, and implement platforms to transform educational technology.
This role focuses on managing e-learning systems, including LMS and automation solutions. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues, support staff and faculty in course lifecycles, and evaluate new technologies for integration. Effective communication and problem-solving will be crucial in enhancing user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer e-learning platforms including Pebblepad and Rise
• Respond to support inquiries and resolve course issues
• Communicate system updates and status effectively
• Coordinate system upgrades and testing with IT and vendors
• Research and develop effective training documentation and resources
Requirements:
• Two-year college diploma in Computer Systems or related
