**PeaceHealth is seeking an EKG Technician for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Variable position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $22.16 – $34.61.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
**Job Summary**
Operates electrocardiograph equipment (which may include treadmill tests, ECGs, Holter monitors, etc) to record the electromotive variations in heart muscle to provide data for diagnosis of heart ailments.
**Essential Functions**
+ Performs EKGs, and may perform Holter monitors, event monitors and ambulatory blood pressure monitors on patient.
+ Processes and edits EKGs.
+ Charts confirmed EKGs. Records and files information related to tests performed.
+ Cleans, adjusts and performs routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.<...
