**Job Summary**
+ Responsible for Material Take-Offs and drawing to drawing comparisons
+ Responsible for evaluation of specification and scope changes including the development of both quantity and cost data.
+ Responsible for providing cost and manhours information to project planners, schedulers and engineers.
+ Responsible for cradle-to-grave support of project change valuation methods and processes.
+ Responsible for complying with site procedures to deliver timely and accurate change information.
+ Reports to the project engineer.
