Job Description
**Job Title: EHS Specialist**
The EHS Specialist plays a critical role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation by driving safety compliance, delivering training, and partnering closely with production teams to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. This position requires a hands-on approach with regular presence on the manufacturing floor, proactive hazard identification, and strong communication with employees at all levels.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver OSHA and safety training for new hires and staff.
+ Conduct annual safety training programs.
+ Perform incident investigations and root cause analysis.
+ Conduct equipment inspections and audits.
+ Perform OSHA compliance assessments.
+ Assist with developing and updating EHS policies, procedures, and training content.
+ Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, coaching employees and reinforcing safe behaviors.
