The EHS Officer supports the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health, safety, and environmental programs within the manufacturing facility. The role ensures compliance with Polish legal requirements, Molex standards, and applicable ISO management systems while promoting a strong safety culture.
What You Will Do
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and environmental audits.
• Support risk assessments and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident, near-miss and accident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, registers and legal records.
• Deliver and coordinate EHS training and onboarding.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills and contractor safety.
• Participate in audits and ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 activities.
• Support waste management, environmental reporting and regulatory compliance.
