EHS Engineer – Guadalajara, North CampusWe're looking to add an EHS Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of EHS technicians, ensuring proper execution of safety and environmental activities.Collaborate with all departments in the design, implementation, and improvement of safety, fire prevention, and environmental compliance programs.Review plans and specifications of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety requirements.Perform plant walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Define personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and ensure proper implementation of safety devices.Coordinate and deliver safety training on policies, regulations, emergency response, and best practices.Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.Monitor workplace conditions, including air quality and exposur...
