EHC Coordinators
Weβre supporting a well-established SEND & Inclusion Service in the South East England to recruit 14 permanent Post-14 EHC Coordinators.
Location: South East England (Hybrid β 3 days onsite)
Salary: Β£32,378
Hours: Full Time
Closing Date: 19/06/2026
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact supporting young people aged 0β25 with SEND, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused EHCPs are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage EHCP processes end-to-end, including reviews and amendments
Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and SEND legislation
Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals
Act as a key point of contact, offering guidance and support
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvementsEssential Requirements:
Post-14 experience
Strong EHCP management experience
