As a key member of the Maintenance team at CTSM, you will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of facility systems along the 24/7 Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Line in Toronto. Candidates must be ready for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your contribution will ensure optimal performance of mechanical, plumbing, and fire safety systems among others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service and emergency calls during shifts
• Monitor contractor work and enforce safety protocols
• Assist other technicians in maintenance tasks
• Maintain and repair building systems to standards
• Utilize CMMS for tracking Work Orders
