Working Pattern: Shift Worker
Location: Cornwall Energy Recovery Centre
Hours per week: 37.5 pro rata as EF‑W shift pattern
Salary: £40,583 – £44,432 + 20% Shift allowance
Bonus: up to 10% annual bonus
Benefits: 3 × life assurance policy, 5 % employer pension
Role Details
As an EFW Senior Operations Technician you’ll keep one or more EfW process lines running safely, efficiently and compliantly, helping to generate reliable energy from waste.
Hours
4 on 4 off 12‑hour shifts – 2 days, 2 nights, 7 am‑7 pm / 7 pm‑7 am (18‑day break after 7 rotations)
