Job Description
Responsibilities:
Participate in the layout of the EES product portfolio in light of local market demands in China, including cable maintenance services, power infrastructure, and electrification conversion solutions for drilling rigs and LHD equipment. Support business development plans and product portfolio optimization to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the Chinese market.
Conduct in-depth market research in accordance with corporate overall strategy, deliver forward-looking planning and key strategic recommendations for EES product R&D, and ensure product offerings fully align with market needs and drive sustainable business growth.
Drive the implementation of product upgrading solutions, collect on-site operational feedback, and collaborate closely with technical teams to improve the reliability and cost-effectiveness of electrification transformation solutions.
