Role Overview

The Senior Program Coordinator manages tour details between Sales and Product Delivery teams, collaborates closely with Sales on ad‑hoc custom itinerary creation, and translates experiences into client‑facing content that is relevant to the group’s academic focus. The role requires communication with internal staff, management, and sometimes external vendors to explore unique programming options.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports K12 (and other divisions as needed) with the creation of ad‑hoc custom itinerary requests that may fall outside the usual scope of custom program requests.
• Conducts independent research and collaborates with Operations teams to source new on‑tour experiences where needed.
• Provides Operations team with supplier and quote information.
• Answers pricing and itinerary questions to help maximize sales.
