Job Summary
Deliver tailored lessons and assessments for young learners, develop instructional materials, monitor student progress, and engage parents through regular updates and conferences. Contribute to curriculum design, awareness talks, and training initiatives to support children with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities- Conduct group and individual lessons to support young learners’ academic development
- Administer informal and formal assessments to evaluate student progress
- Develop and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Monitor and document students’ academic progress through detailed reports and case notes
- Communicate regularly with parents by sharing session updates via text, photos, and videos
- Lead Parent-Teacher Conferences at the end of each term to discuss student progress and concerns
