Educational Psychologist (Statutory Assessments) - South Yorkshire | Outside IR35
Overview
Barnsley Local Authority is increasing capacity for statutory assessments and is engaging HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist for on-site work. This suits EPs who prefer face-to-face assessments with supportive QA and clear timelines.
Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire (on-site only)
Contract: Outside IR35 (Ltd or Umbrella)
Start: Interviews immediately and start depending on the succesfull candidate
Workload: Ongoing requirement; six-week turnaround per assessment
Rates: Competitive (outside IR35), paid per assessment/day - negotiable

Complete face-to-face statutory assessments within the six-week reporting window
Access case information via the LA Hub portal
Produce clear, timely reports; collaborate in a supportive QA process
Liaise professionally with stakeholders across schools and the LA
