Job Description
Assist students at Erickson Elementary and other regional schools as an Educational Assistant. This role supports learning and personal care from September to June in a nurturing environment.
Erickson Elementary and affiliated schools in Manitoba are seeking Educational Assistants for three positions. Required duties include supporting students' educational needs, encouraging independence, and assisting with daily living activities. The job schedule involves 5 hours every other day, during school operation days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students under educational directives
• Foster independence in classroom and community
• Assist with personal care and daily activities
Requirements:
• Graduation from Grade 12 or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work confidentially with children
• Experience in educational or childcare settings preferred
