As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and sales efforts. With over 1 Lakh enquiries each month, you will be responsible for counselling potential customers who are seeking overseas education or immigration services. Your primary focus will be on understanding their requirements, providing expert advice, and selling our services through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. By effectively articulating the value of our services and addressing customer queries, you will guide customers in making educated decisions and help them navigate the immigration and visa application process.
