Job Description- Assist in course scheduling and class arrangement
- Ensure timely & accurate updates to the academic and management team whenever necessary
- Assist in basic admin duties whenever necessary
- Maintain the centre’s environment to be clean and tidy
- Internal and external communication on message platforms, emails and calls
- Assist in student stay‑back sessions
- Support the teaching team in material preparation whenever necessary
- Weekend work is required
