Job Description
- Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
- Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for learners
- Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
- Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community at the company
- Act as parentsβ advocate and manage relationships with them
- Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
- Work with the teaching team to assess the learners and follow up with parents for conversion
- Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
