Job Description
Elevate warehouse operations at our Edmonton center as a Process Improvement Analyst. Combine your analytical skills with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, focusing on leveraging data and process standardization to enhance warehouse operations. With 2+ years of relevant experience, you will take charge of analyzing and improving operational processes while engaging with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency
• Analyze internal data to drive process improvements
• Create and track operational documentation
• Collaborate with shop floor and office teams
• Monitor and report on project milestones
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
• 2+ years in an operations management role
• Strong quantitative analysis and G-Suite expert
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methods
