Quadra is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional on-site support in Edmonton. You will play a crucial role in delivering day-to-day technical support and enhancing employee technology experiences.
This full-time, permanent position requires you to work primarily on-site, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues while supporting the IT infrastructure for Western Canada. As the main IT contact, you will ensure operational continuity and participate in IT initiatives, collaborating closely with the Digital Support Group and Infrastructure teams.
