Edmonton Islamic Academy invites a qualified Secondary Online Learning Teacher to enrich Mathematics and Science education for Grades 7–9 students. This engaging position incorporates both hybrid elements and fosters innovative online learning experiences.
As a key member of our educational community, you will provide essential support for home-educated students, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a virtual setting. The ability to collaborate effectively with students and parents, combined with strong organizational and technology skills, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and support students in Mathematics and Science
• Facilitate interactive online classes and virtual meetings
• Create and implement individualized learning plans
• Monitor student engagement and progress
• Utilize technology to enhance learning resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent certified qualification
