EDGE L2 Support Shift Team Leader / Senior Engineer
Location: Cebu, Philippines. Onsite with rotation pattern.
We are looking for an exceptional L2 Support Shift Team Leader with strong Linux skills to lead a team of L2 Shift Engineers responsible for 24×7 monitoring, maintenance, support, and deployment of our store infrastructure software.

Fully responsible for your shift and to deliver a proactive world‑class support service to all global customers. You will shape scope, deliverables, toolsets, and processes for this new function and lead the efficient running of EDGE Support Operations.
