These are non-negotiables, please don't apply unless you can genuinely tick these: Hands-on working experience with Shopify order management (processing orders, fulfilments, refunds) Hands-on experience with at least one OMS (Unicommerce, Easyecom, Vinculum, Browntape, or similar) Working knowledge of at least two courier portals : Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or similar. Generating AWBs, scheduling pickups, tracking, raising tickets Strong Excel — VLOOKUP, filters, pivots, basic formulas; ability to build a daily report without supervision Good written English for vendor and courier communication 1–3 years in eCommerce operations, order management, or logistics coordination at an online business Based in Lucknow and able to commute daily to our office Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Good communication an...
