As Global Head of Merchandising, you'll own the product story end to end β the assortment, the categories, the pricing, the planning, and the commercial outcomes β across every market we operate in.
You'll decide what wins on the wall, what scales across countries, and what makes a Lenskart range feel both globally consistent and locally irresistible.
This is one of the most influential commercial seats in the company: equal parts creative instinct and hard numbers, equal parts global standard-setting and local nuance.
