We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to lead the online performance and digital growth of Black Pepper, Yarra Trail, and Marco Polo. Sitting within the Group Digital team, this role blends strategic trading, digital marketing, people leadership, and customer experience optimisation across a portfolio of established fashion brands.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day trading of multiple eCommerce websites and marketplaces while driving digital growth opportunities across conversion, customer journey, marketing performance, and online operations. This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and loves turning data and insights into action.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead the day-to-day trading and performance of multiple fashion eCommerce websites
• Drive online sales, conversion, and profitability across Black Pepper, Yarra Trail, and Marco Polo
