Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensures product pages of the assigned Marketplace stores are updated with new content and correct information
• Support day‑day operations including but not limited to order processing & order reconciliation.
• Manage products and placements on different marketplaces worldwide.
• Data entry and analysis including creating reports from different platforms, presenting findings, and providing recommendations to onshore team.
• Drive a world class, error free, customer focused website content and usability
• Ensure the customer can use and browse the site easily and effectively, to satisfy their main objectives of being able to get all the product information to be able to make a purchase decision
• Work with Ecommerce Manager to report on performance against key metrics across all website and trading initiatives
